What is Daelie?

We’re an online store, offering two deals per week on average, one item at a time. Daelie sells premium electronics directly to consumers at the lowest price on the market. The name Daelie (pronounced "daily" \ˈdā-lē) comes from the old English dæl, meaning part, share, or portion, as in, we offer prices at a portion of the cost you'd pay with any other retailer.

Is this a daily deal site?

Generally, we expect to offer two great deals per week, but timing can vary depending on deal availability. We consider ourselves a bi-weekly deal site (for now). We sell one item at a time, until it’s gone or three days have passed, on average.

What’s your return policy?

Due to our extremely low prices, we only support returns on items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 14 days of receiving them. We will require proof that the product has been damaged or is defective. Decisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If a replacement is available based on product inventory, we will supply a replacement. Otherwise, once the damaged item is received we will issue a refund within 5 business days.

Can I buy a product after it’s expired?

Once a product is sold out or has expired, you cannot purchase it any longer. There will be a new product available the next day.

Why can’t I buy many products at once?

We are a B2C e-commerce store. In order to be sure consumers can get the best deals possible, we don’t sell in bulk to retailers or individuals. If you are looking to purchase in bulk, please contact us and we’ll get you in touch with the right people.

Is my purchase taxable?

Items shipped to Colorado will be taxed. Other states may vary.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently only shipping in the United States.

Will you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Currently we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

How much is shipping? How will it be shipped? Can I pay to expedite it?

Shipping is always free! Products will be shipped to you 3 - 5 days after the sale ends. We do not expedite shipping.

When does my order ship?

Once a sale ends, we will have your order shipped out within 3 - 5 days. You will receive an email with your order number and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do items come with warranties?

Warranty and product specs are different for each sale. This information will be listed on the homepage during each deal.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Can I order using my phone / tablet / mobile device?

Yes! The website is responsive - built to work on any device.

How do I change my password, update my email or mailing address, etc?

All your personal information can be accessed and edited in Account Settings, here.

Can I be notified when you have new deals?

We send alerts when new deals are ready. You can sign up via email in the footer at the bottom of every page, or follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
